High recommended! Booking on the website is quick and easy, everything is transparent with wide selection of fleet. The options are clear and most importantly not confusing - you pick what you want and pay what you've picked. Pick up process is quick and very efficient, with friendly staff explain the whole process - it lasted less than 5mins. Car is in very clean and good condition. Returning the car (with full tank) is even quicker - parked the car and handed over the key. The refund request is made on the same day, just take note the actual refund made into your account might take a while especially for overseas travelers with international credit/debit cards, so don't worry. I find the rate is highly competitive if not one of the cheapest - one of the reasons could be they don't run its business from the airport kiosk. Their outlets are within a quick ride from airport anyway.

Fuss free no frills car rental, most competitive pricing, you pay for what you get. Gotten a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross with only 26k clocked, but car electronics were dated, not the best drive, but no other choices. Think it is the most unpopular car at NoBirds. Baby car seats were all displayed openly, not exactly sure clean or not and you've to install it yourself. Had a minor issue and called multiple hotlines after 5pm but no one picked up! Managed to resolved myself but take caution if you meet an accident you may not get the customer service support like the big rental companies.

Renting process was awesome! Staff was very friendly & swift in processing. The car I rented was very clean! It's a hybrid car & I definitely recommend to rent this type of vehicle as it saves ALOT of petrol! I want to thank the staff that shared with me the features of a hybrid car. He was really warm & helpful. Returning car process was quick too! There isn't any signature needed. And by the way, you can get a parking lot at No birds Bayswater for just A$15 per day (24hours). It's so much cheaper than parking outside. We are very pleased with the level of service & efficiency! Will definitely rent from No Birds again! It's my trusted car rental company!
