Rented a car last week originally for a day and unfortunately after driving off, notice a very strong unpleasant smell in the car. I needed the car for a couple for days so rang up to extend and requested for a car change. Very thankful to the team to swap the car at very last moment before closing with public holidays on the next day. Great customer service and very easy to change bookings prior and during the rental period!Highly recommend if you are looking for car rentals in town.

Great ease from booking to collection and return of car. Car is very clean. What I like most is the exemplary service provided. The service staff made an effort to understand and to customise additional services for you. Shout out to Chloe at Adelaide Terrace for the EXCELLENT Service. She took the trouble to help us even it was past her working hours.

Fuss free rental! Booked a small sedan but was given a compact SUV. The car was very clean, new and in top notch condition - could easily plug in Android Auto and it had a wireless charging system :) prices are so much more competitive than the usual rental companies. Definitely my go to rental car company the next time I'm in OZ and hope they expand to more locations and states soon! Special shoutout to the lady who served me on 15 Oct morning (sorry didn't get your name) but she was really helpful with all the questions over the phone and friendly when I came back after an hour to add on excess coverage. Thanks for your patience!

Fuss free no frills car rental, most competitive pricing, you pay for what you get. Gotten a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross with only 26k clocked, but car electronics were dated, not the best drive, but no other choices. Think it is the most unpopular car at NoBirds. Baby car seats were all displayed openly, not exactly sure clean or not and you've to install it yourself. Had a minor issue and called multiple hotlines after 5pm but no one picked up! Managed to resolved myself but take caution if you meet an accident you may not get the customer service support like the big rental companies.
