Took me a while to find the place because it's called Bays Water Car Rental instead of No Birds. Fuss free transaction. Car was in great condition. Some minor issue with the car was settled quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Recommended, the pick up and drop off quite smooth, price very reasonable. The car is very new, got the Toyota Yaris Cross in great condition. Staff are quite friendly and the 300aud deposit refunded very quickly!

Renting process was awesome! Staff was very friendly & swift in processing. The car I rented was very clean! It's a hybrid car & I definitely recommend to rent this type of vehicle as it saves ALOT of petrol! I want to thank the staff that shared with me the features of a hybrid car. He was really warm & helpful. Returning car process was quick too! There isn't any signature needed. And by the way, you can get a parking lot at No birds Bayswater for just A$15 per day (24hours). It's so much cheaper than parking outside. We are very pleased with the level of service & efficiency! Will definitely rent from No Birds again! It's my trusted car rental company!

Vehicles must be returned to the same No Birds location it was collected from. If you picked your car up from another Perth location and want to drop it off at the airport upon your departure, ask for availability at the service desk. A relocation fee will apply.
Yes. To return, simply leave your No Birds rental car in the parking area, lock the vehicle, and drop your keys in the designated key-drop box provided.
No. Perth has no road tolls, so an electronic tag for payment is not required.
Yes. When you collect your rental vehicle, No Birds requires a refundable security deposit (bond). The standard bond is $2,000, which is refunded once the vehicle is returned safely and in accordance with the rental agreement. Customers who select our optional $15 /day Damage Waiver can reduce the credit card deposit to $300.
No Birds allows you to select a vehicle category rather than a specific make or model. Choose from a small, medium or large car to suit your needs. If you’re not sure which car model is suitable, the No Birds team can help you choose, just contact us.
Yes. No Birds accepts valid international driver's licences, including licences issued in European countries. If you’re an international visitor, you can hire a car in Perth provided you meet the licence requirements and carry appropriate documentation when collecting your vehicle.
