I rented a car for a little over a week and Lek both helped me on the first day and upon the return of the car and he was very polite, professional and friendly. Sydney lacks great customer service but Lek really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. 110% would go back just because of him.

I’m not usually one to write a review, but the customer service here was amazing! A big thank you to lady who arranged us our car. She helped make sure we weren’t paying for any additional kms we didn’t need, and as we were set to return our car at 6pm, she even informed us we could use the after hours drop off at no additional cost. They were so lovely and helpful, and they are better priced than other companies too!

Competitively priced car rental and you can have any colour car you want as long as it’s white!! The staff were helpful, friendly and polite - the overall service was excellent and the car we hired was clean, tidy and we resist purpose well. On that basis, I’d certainly recommend them.

Really can't believe that some people on here are whinging - thought it was only supposed to be us Poms who did that. 😉 Anyway, No Birds were recommended to us as we needed a car for at least the first week of our 3 month stay in Oz. Easy to book online, and very little to do when I picked our Hyundai up, other than produce a credit card. As pointed out by many, the cars are spotless and are supplied with a full tank, it's simply a case of ensuring it's full upon return. For those that moan about paying $5 a day for the insurance - you'd have to be certifiable to drive a car without paying the cost of a cup of coffee. Oh, and we're now into our third week with the car, as it's such an amazing deal.

Great, great value; excellent car. Take the very reasonably-priced full insurance for peace of mind ($0 liability) and only $200 bond (to cover any upside incidentals, should there be any - fair enough; refunded promptly). Cars are new or near-new (depending on the option you choose) and in top condition. Windscreen glass and rear window could be a little cleaner. Full out / full in fuel policy. Staff matter of fact and quick (if you want to have a conversation, go to a nearby cafe).
