What to do if I've had an accident in a rental car?


If you are involved in an accident;

  1. Do not have the car repaired or towed without our permission.
  2. Photograph the other person's: Driver's License, damage and car licence plate.
  3. Obtain the other person's: email, telephone and insurance company.
  4. Report the incident to the Police.
  5. Complete our Damage Report form. (Download Damage Report Form PDF)
  6. Telephone our office for assistance;

  7. If the car is not driveable;
    • Park and lock the car in a safe position nearby.
    • Telephone our office, we will arrange a tow.
